This video provides you with a 1-2-3, how to. It walks you through the process of creating an email address. Shows you want you should write down and/or store on paper.

We use mail.com (http://www.mail.com ) because it's free, and you don't have to have an existing email address. This can be your first account/address.

Always write down your account information. The best method is to write everything down on paper and file it. That way, if your computer crashes you won't lose all you login information.
